1)
Can I order just a few shirts?
Yes, but we recommend ordering at least 12. The fixed cost of set up,
films and screens just to start any job are very high when just ordering
a few items. These fixed costs go down per item, the more you order. Contact
us with what you need and we will send you your quote.

2)
How fast can I get my order?
Usually we can print your order in a week, if you have a design or art.
We ask for 2 weeks to process your order if we need to create your design
or convert your art into the appropriate format, to allow time for you
to approve your art before printing.

3)
How do I approve my art?
We will email you a link to show what your design will look like. If you
do not have an e-mail account, we will make other arrangements.

4)
What if I have my own design for my order?
Great! If you can send it electronically, that will save a lot of time.
Check out our 'Contact Us'
section on where to send electronic files, or where to mail us your sketch.
If the design is not in a vector art form, there will be an art fee.

5)
What format do you require the art to be in?
Any vector art program such as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw (file names
ending in .ai, .eps for example). If your file is not in this format (for
example, if it is a Word document), send it to us and we'll convert it
to the appropriate file type to insure a clear, quality print. There will
be an art fee for converting the file.

6)
How much do you charge if LDH creates the art, or has to convert it?
The cost depends a lot on your design. A 6-color design takes a lot more
work to do than a 1-color design. A 4-color separation will cost the most.
Contact us for an exact quote, but the minimum charge will be $20.

All screen fees, films, flashes, ink, set up costs and local delivery

in the price. Applicable taxes, necessary art work or shipping & handling
outside the San Antonio area are extra.

11)
Why do dark colored shirts cost more than light colored shirts?
The dark or bright colored fabrics are treated to retain the color, so
these shirts cost more from the factory. Then, for a quality print, there
needs to be a white underbase under the design so the dye does not migrate
through the ink. An alternative is to "double-down" on the ink.
This means the design is printed, then flashed to set the ink, then print
the design again to prevent the shirt dye from migrating through the ink.

12)
I've never ordered shirts before. What do I need to do and how does it
work?
First, we need to know how many items you're thinking about getting, and
what color you want. Then, do you have a design, or do you need one created
for an idea you have? For t-shirts, is it just a front print, or front
and back, or something else? How many colors are in your design? If you
are not sure how many you will be getting, or the color(s), contact us
and we'll give you quotes for several scenarios. We try and make ordering
your shirts or imprintable items as easy as possible. Let us know how
we can help you!
